As a Beauty Retail Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our luxury cosmetics and skincare brand, engaging with customers and driving sales in our high-end beauty stores. You'll work in some of Bali's most sought-after areas, where luxury meets lifestyle, and where every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell luxury cosmetics and skincare products to customers, both in-store and through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of product presentation and organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to keep our offerings fresh and appealing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the store's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with beauty retail software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and CRM software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about beauty and customer service.
