As Branch Manager at Private Advertiser, you’ll be the face of our retail presence in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor a team of retail associates, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Manage inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.
Collaborate with the regional office to implement and execute company-wide initiatives.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Ensure all store locations meet health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and pricing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Familiarity with retail management software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
