📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using OYO's financial software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to hotel managers, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets for hotel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
