📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors, engineers, and laborers to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure the quality of construction work meets the highest standards and client expectations.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement on the construction site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-rise construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise construction projects from planning to completion.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
