📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Evaluate and select new suppliers based on cost, quality, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with dental supplies and equipment is a plus.
