Five Pillar Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Partnerships Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our global reach and fostering meaningful collaborations with international organizations and partners.

As an International Partnerships Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners, donors, and stakeholders. Your efforts will help drive our mission forward and ensure the sustainability of our programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop new international partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate and manage partnership activities and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and collaborations.
  • Represent Five Pillar Foundation at international forums and events.
  • Stay updated on international development trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international partnerships or a related field.
  • Proven track record in partnership building and management.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with international development and humanitarian sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
