📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they meet sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of outlet managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction in assigned outlets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all outlets.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers or team members, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in retail management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and customer service standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
