📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Manage the recruitment process from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
