📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in managing the receptionist schedule and ensuring smooth operations.,Update and maintain customer records and databases.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
