🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ACD management, with a focus on aircraft documentation.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of CATIA, DOORS, and Microsoft Office.
• Certification in DO-178C or a similar industry standard is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
