Sumber Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.,Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of client strategies.,Organize and attend client meetings, events, and trade shows to build and strengthen relationships.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their teams.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in the coffee and beverage industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field in the coffee or beverage industry.,Strong understanding of the coffee and beverage industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
