📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including equipment and utensils.,Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper documentation.,Assist in stock management and ordering of ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a food service environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English culinary techniques and ingredients.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
