As an Assistant Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our Recruitment Manager to ensure our hiring process is efficient, effective, and compliant with all local regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
