📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle food inventory and restocking as needed.
• Assist with food packaging and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, including meal prep, cooking, and cleaning.
• Support the kitchen manager in ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise.
• Follow all food safety protocols and maintain accurate records of food handling and storage.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
