📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit clients across Bali to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of collections using SAP
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide regular updates to the collections manager
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Proven track record of successful collections
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Enthusiasm for working in Bali and a passion for customer service
