📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee department operations and ensure alignment with company goals.,Lead and mentor department staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor department budget and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial targets.,Handle department recruitment, training, and performance management processes.,Represent the department in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment.,Proven track record in department management and operational improvement.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
