CV Abadi Teratai is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and be able to ensure our vehicles are always in top condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to schedule.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and standards.
  • Generate and analyze fleet reports.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle documentation.
  • Ensure all vehicles are insured and have valid licenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Valid driver's license.
