Makmur Cahya Shop is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel and work in different store locations if required.
