📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store-specific sales and marketing strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry.
