📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal use of resources.,Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.,Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
