📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle any warehouse-related issues or concerns, resolving them promptly and effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
