📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software to monitor and improve logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Work with suppliers and partners to develop and maintain efficient logistics networks.
• Provide training and support to logistics team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics engineering or supply chain optimization.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or similar industry-recognized certifications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
