Daily, you’ll be responsible for creating detailed, client-specific quotations, negotiating rates, and managing the entire quotation process from start to finish. You’ll utilize industry-leading tools like SAP Concur and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline your workflow and ensure accuracy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present competitive, accurate, and profitable quotations for MICE events.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure group bookings.
• Manage the entire quotation process, including client follow-ups and contract finalization.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as SAP Concur and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance quotation strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, quotation, or event management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of securing high-value group bookings and enhancing client satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in using SAP Concur and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of business in Bali.
