Byte Seed Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
