📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their dining experience is pleasant and memorable.,Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables, cleaning, and inventory checks.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote our menu items and specials to guests.,Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and menu items.,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work remote and follow company guidelines.
