📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions,Perform audits and reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tea industry or related industries is a plus
