Tanggung Jawab:
Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Community Support Experience products.Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.Measure and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community support and user experience.Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
