📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of infrastructure and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.,Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and financial constraints.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Report project progress to stakeholders and provide regular updates.,Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure and civil engineering industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
