📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
