📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and security systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as hardware upgrades, software updates, and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect our data center infrastructure from physical and cyber threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Document all maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and immediate response to critical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on hardware and software maintenance.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA, are a plus.
• Familiarity with data center management software, such as VMware vCenter, Microsoft System Center, or OpenStack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-call and be on-site in Bali.
