📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their electronic product needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist in the selection, implementation, and integration of electronic products, ensuring they meet client requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and increase market share.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics product sales, consulting, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of electronic products, including home automation, smart home devices, and office equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and product manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
