As a Land & Topographic Surveyor, you will use advanced surveying tools and software such as AutoCAD, Trimble, and Leica Geosystems to collect and analyze spatial data. Your role will be essential in planning, designing, and managing land development projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field measurements and surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and drones.
• Analyze and interpret topographic data to create accurate maps, plans, and models.
• Provide critical support to engineering and construction teams by ensuring that all surveying data is precise and reliable.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and implement surveying strategies.
• Ensure that all surveying work complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Use advanced surveying software such as AutoCAD, Trimble, and Leica Geosystems to collect, analyze, and present spatial data.
• Prepare and maintain detailed surveying reports and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and support staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land and topographic surveying.
• Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, Trimble, and Leica Geosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
